I think that it's OK, but these can be very hard to tell.

doubts. croc looks a bit like the embossed fakes, maybe some better strap pics ?

Proof enough that it can be hard to tell!

I really think that we are at the point where buying these on eBay should be avoided.

still looks like embossed calf to me, very much so.

you'll see these are very similar, "croc-grain" calf, maybe even "man-made" embossed leather.

Here is a black Calf and folding clasp, NOS and 1000% sure original for reference....
The lines from the logo on mine look so much sharper, white stitches look very unaligned and messy as well compared to mine.
I'm afraid you bought a fake....
