I would categorize this in the

"-: all black with 'wide bezel' " section and I believe it to be genuine , I do seem to remember I have seen that dial variation before with the 'B Breitling" over the non-AOPA wing , it may even have been this watch ? but the watch pictured has had a hard life.

Dial , case and hands are similar/same to mine
