Hello Everyone,

I recently showed you some pictures of my 808 ( thank you for all the wonderful comments by the way and especially thank you to Michael for agreeing to a box swap - I will share another picture once the box arrives).

Anyway all these great comments led me to decide to post a picture of my 769. Obviously it's not quite as complete and original as my 808, but hopefully over time I can add to it and make it as complete as my 808.

Enjoy and Thank you.

Good, that was the intention :-) life is a little short to be serious all the time !!

I have two more of the minute hands and I feel finding a matching hour hand will be impossible but who knows eh!

Hi Graham,
Love the watch. The black dial with white sub and outer rings is just beautiful. I notice on your movement the markings looks painted on. For my own education, I always wonder about movement markings such as "BREITLING Watch Ltd" are engraved or painted on on these models? The vintage Breitling I have are engraved but not painted (although I seen gold filled). I don't really know if they came out of the factory this way?

Hello

They are stamped on, it just looks like that in the pic because of lack of depth of field from the iPhone camera. No OEM would use paint as it would ruin the movemet if it flacked off, which it surely would eventually.
