Does this strap/deployant look legit? The color/sheen of the strap looks a little off and there are several other sellers selling the same combo with the exact same description... seems odd, unless eBay autofills the description like they do for some popular items ie iPads, etc?

In my opinion the first two are one and the same and are not legitimate, take a look at the printing on the back of the straps and compare it to a legitimate strap. The printing does not line up as it should. The first seller already has neutral feedback concerning the quality of the strap. The third listing is described as croc, however if you look at the printing on the strap it says "Cuir", I myself would stay away!

All are fake for me. Third one is the earlier poor quality fake with cuir vs. croco and the wrong model number. Pretty sure that the other two are the newer 'quality' fakes.

Very deceptive description... almost got taken in by that auction. Now off to find a real 22mm black croc for a reasonable price, ideas?

More than deceptive -- outright lies. Fakes don't quite fit my concept of "aftermarket".

Try the ADs, or the sell listings here. You can find them on ebay, but it can be tough to separate them from the fakes.

Emphatically agree, don't know why they wouldn't be reported along with other fakes. He lists them as 'Breitling', not 'for Breitling' or any such fudge, and they have Breitling markings in an attempt to pass off as genuine. He'll figure that for every one punter who asks whether they're genuine there'll be four or five who just innocently buy them.
