What about this Croc strap with deployment; looks very similar to those being sold in the UK; looking at the seller's feedback it seems that he has recently acquired a collection of straps with deployment! Could someone please provide guidance.

It might be OK, although I'm not convinced, I think it's fake - wouldn't bet my money on it. It can be almost impossible to tell with these - straps and deployants on eBay is a roll of the dice.

Seems to be a recent surge in the amount of correctly branded croco straps with deployants on eBay... :-S

none of these look like genuine croc leather to me, much too uniform on all the straps - these are "alligator grain" calf (at best).
