Well, it may not be an ACTUAL unicorn, but it is nearly as rare... While visiting a local AD today, I saw in the flesh (and yes, of course I had to try it on) a new-style white SA on... A RED OCEAN RACER STRAP! While I would have loved nothing more than to snatch it up on the spot, my recent purchase through the group buy (Thanks, Mario!) made that next to impossible. If anyone is interested, PM me for additional details. *** Unfortunately, the AD WILL NOT ship internationally. ***On a side note, I have been searching high and low for a Blue OR strap 22/20. If anyone happens to know where to find one, PLEASE share the wealth!

I'd love to see it in the flesh, was it nice?

The watch was absolutely stunning. The red strap really brings out the red details on the hands of the watch (chrono second hand). I was quite surprised to feel the weight difference between this watch and a standard SA on a pro II bracelet... Night and Day

Sorry guys, but the red doesn't do it for me at all. I just can't imagine where or when I'd wear it. (But then I am a reserved Brit anyway, so just ignore me! )

Driver8, I share your feelings.
It gives me the impression that it wants to be a show off watch. Lings don't need that in my opinion, but then I am Belgian.

I'm curious as to how the rubber strap feels. My initial reaction is that it would pull at your wrist hairs and drive you crazy. Or, it would be sweaty to wear as it wouldn't breathe as well. Just my thoughts.

Regardless, nice watch.

I've heard that it's actually seriously comfortable.

When I got my (1st) Steelfish, I had a Diver Pro on it and actually hated it. Loved the looks, but felt like it was pulling the ole arm hair, all the time. I ordered a Pro2 and in the week or so that it took to get the bracelet, I actually "got comfortable" with the rubber strap.

I dont know if I was wearing it too tight or if it just took some time to get used to the feeling but I dont have a single problem with the ruber strap now and in fact I am wearing my black dialed Steelfish with the rubber strap right now (and have been for the last month).

I know this isnt a Ocean Racer but I would assume the diver pro and ocean racer are made from the same rubber and feel the same.

Interesting. From what a couple of others have said I thought it was one of the most comfortable straps out there. But then I've not owned one so I bow to your greater knowledge.

I really think that red looks way too bright... but different strokes for different folks.

I'd take it on a black OR. Those baton markers are growing on me though. I quite like them now.
