Hello once again everyone. I came across this guy http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-V188-BREITLING-GENEVE-TOP-TIME-CHRONOGRAPH-4U2FIX-/161033639900?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item257e5a57dc on ebay and was wondering if you could give your opinion on it? I'm also curious if anyone has an idea how much it would cost to restore it?

not really "restorable", I'm afraid; dial is too far gone, replacement dials and especially the tachy ring are hard/impossible to find, a correct hands set alone can cost around $100 if you are lucky to find it.
maybe if it was free of charge or very, very cheap.

Seller has been trying to pawn that off on someone for years. His pieces always need work and are overpriced.
