Hi. I joined this forum mainly to try to work out whether this, which I love, is real or not

refinished dial, case back inline with what I have seen before for a 1190 but bridge engraving suspect

I'd stay away

basically correct ref. 1190, very rare for a piece from Montevideo.
dial is refinished, caseback engraving added - price already at the high end of reasonable, even if u do not mind the refinished dial.

eBay is the biggest market, just be patient and accept that 90% are non original - so check here first.
