Pardon my ignorance, but I'd like to learn. Is the movement on this watch genuine and it's just the dial that's wrong? I'm not sure exactly what's wrong with it. Thank you in advance.

The movement is 'real' in that it is a movement of the period, but it likely wasn't fitted into a Breitling originally, the only difference between companies is the bridge engraving and in some cases the export code on the balance cock. This has no export code (which is fine), but the bridge engraving doesn't look factory original.
