I assume that you mean the limited edition Breitling Chronomat with the Mosquito on the dial. It was a Limited Edition of 60 from about 11 years ago originally sold in the UK and the only real advice is to search forums, eBay etc in the hope of finding one. I don't recall ever seeing one for sale.

Limited edition of 60 made in 2000 for UK jeweller Goldsmiths to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the De Havilland Mosquito. Comes with a diorama of two Mosquito aircraft.
