Which didn't exist until 1949 and was never used by Breitling.

That's up to you.

No idea of the currency of that 550, but if it's dollars / euros / pounds / similar for just the servicing then it is ridiculously expensive.

Dollars, servicing repair refinish and new band. Is it worth anything or is it just a fake.
