He is a good seller. I would take the direct approach and ask. Because of the age, hard to tell

If you aren't comfortable I would ask for time to have the watch verified for authenticity.

I am on my phone but it looks to me as if it has a 45 minute chrono wheel with a 30 minute counter so franken.

I'm sticking to 45, but regardless it's clearly wrong. The dial looks correct to me, but don't believe that the case or movement started life as Breitling.
