The TO 38mm is fairly old news now.

Basel is later this year than usual because of renovations to the hall so doesn't start until the last week of April. That will also delay any pre Basel announcements but if recent years are any indication we might get a couple of announcements before the event, most will be revealed on the opening day.

I think we could all ay what we'd LIKE to see, but what we'll ACTUALLY see may be somewhat different! At least if previous years have been anything to go by!

OK, in that case, I think I said it somewhere already but here it is again.
Cal 01 (yes, despite the reported dramas) powered Superocean Heritage Chronograph Limited Edition, silver/white dial with some red elements, a display back and a green or blue ceramic bezel AND straight hands (no arrow hour hand).
That's my wish ;-)

Well rumor has it there will be a revamp of the B4B collection as it apparently doesn't sell well enough in its present form. I heard something about in-house coming to B4B as well.

Source works at one of Zurich's oldest Breitling AD's, the owner of which is a friend to many in the watch world... It's not impossible they'd have accurate info.

Aside from the above, a new emergency seems to be in the pipeline.

As for the Navi world, the aforementioned AD has apparently not changed anything in his ordering pattern... Which, according to the person I spoke with, he would have if a new one was around the corner.

I have no way other than what's mentioned above to determine how valid this info may be... So don't forget the salt please!

Happy rumoring everybody!

I'm not sure being in-house and even more expensive will help the Bentley line because I think most who are interested are the Super Avenger wearing types and what holds the B4Bs back is the price tag. I say that being one of those guys, it just so happened that the 6.75 was the watch that got in my head and I stomached the price to get one. I'm interested to see what they come up with, but at 10k retail? it better be something special.

Good. That means my wallet is safe as the B4B line never did much for me unless they do something radical that will suddenly tickle my fancy.

Bentley pricing is artifically high because of the agreement with Bentley - it's why the Mark VI got the platinum bezel - as an attempt to justify the price. Makes perfect sense to put in house in Bentley, especially as the agreement was renewed a year or so back.

I agree it makes sense, but think it only works if they see it the same way - the watch catching up to the price. (leaving the price close to the same) But I don't see how they can do that because it's an admission that either they were over priced, or being in-house is no big deal, just what they had to do. In any event it should be interesting to see what they come up with.

Well ever the optimist.......

They could shift from pointless upgrades like platinum bezels to meaningful upgrades like in house movements and maintain profitability. I somehow doubt that they care too much about a perception of overpricing, after all the excessive Bentley discounts aren't really clamped down on.

I heard the same thing last week. Bentley to get a inhouse, supposed to be the new B06. Does nothing for me either. Had a Bentley motors for a while and got rid of it. I'm impatiently waiting for a navi world with a inhouse or a navi of that size. Heard too many issues with that 01. I'm sure if breitling took the time to find out what their customers wanted they would see that it's not a overpriced Bentley, cheap cardboard packaging, and red rubber bezels. Crap, crap, and more crap.

I am debating whether to purchase a Navi World or wait for the in - house movement. AD will work with me on pretty favorable pricing......

Nightmare is I pull the trigger and soon thereafter B releases an in-house with some combination of a display back and/or two tone or gold case.
