THE SO Was just too bulky for me.

In that case, stay away from the left wide of the case

Seriously though, these things do tend to shink (psychologically) over time. The thickness of the skyland almost turned me away (even though I remembered my steelfish seemed too thick at first). Its a fat boy compared to the SOS. Now the skyland doesnt even look kind of thick to me. My wrist is only slightly bigger than yours, but I like big, bulky watches.

That said, just get the one that you like more.

Hell, if the Super Avenger came in a larger size (Mega Avenger) like a 50mm I'd wear it ;)

This from the man who has a submarine depth gauge disguised as a watch!

Have you tried on a Cockpit? I noticed you said you want something that will go well with a suit and casual. I think a steel Cockpit would be an awesome choice. It is sporty enough, yet it rather slim and dressy, for a Breitling. There is a new dial for the Cockpit this year, but you should still see all the 'older' dials in stock. It is in a price range of SuperOcean chrono. The steel version on bracelet is $4200 retail. The SuperOcean is $3850 and I believe the Colt auto is $2400?

For the older dials, try to find the blue. I think it looks super sharp. Or the black. The new dial is nice too....

Just a thought....

Though if you do decide to go for a more sporty Colt, spend the extra $250 and get the Colt GMT. I'm just not a fan of the silly stick dial on regular Colt Auto.

Problem is that the GMT is smaller than the regular Colt.

Try on the new white dialled Chrono Cockpit with Roman Numerals, absolute stunner of a watch and definitely suits the smaller wrist.

Good luck with the watch and the wedding,

Best wishes,

Verner

Very true. If it were a better quality watch I'd wear it too ;)
