Hi all,

First of all let me introduce muself as this is my 1st post. I'm a proud owner of a 1995 Old Navitimer since that time. I found on an auction a late 60's Breitling but before placing any bid I want to be sure it's not a fake and, above all, understand what model it is. Here I attach a couple of picture, hope you can help an italian Ling lover!
Thanks!

I can't see anything from those pictures, sorry.

What are the numbers on the back of the watch?

I asked the auctioner to send a clearer picture. I can read Breitling 1969 but not the 2 lines above.
Is there any Breitlingpedia online with picture and details of all models manufactured since the origins to consult? I have only modern catalogues...

Nothing reliable online. I am travelling this week so don't have access to my references but someone else will be able to check whether this is consistent with a model 1969.

On back side there are the following words:
Fond acier inoxidable
Breitling
1909

1909 I guess is not the production year... Any more info about this model?

1909 will be the model number - what you previously thought was 1969. Fred will report back in the morning on what Richter says about that reference (if anything), but from memory it is correct for a time only with a sub seconds at 6 o'clock.
