I've got a Navitimer 01 with arabic dial (ref# a23322) on a 22-20mm leather strap & I'm considering buying a bracelet. Will any 22mm lug width Navitimer bracelet fit or do I need specific one? If so, what's the Part number? I see some that are straight at the lugs & some that curve to fit the case.

Breitling bracelets are unique to the model.

Assuming that your model is A23322, which is NOT a Navitimer 01, just a Navitimer then you need either 431a or 442a. Bracelets are identical, but latter has the raised logo on the clasp.

the reference is only on the end links or on some link of he bracelet too?

The end link, that's all that is different between bracelets of the same width.
