The 0 should be non-COSC and 3 designates COSC spec per the below link. I am not sure about the authenticity, but one of the more knowledgeable members can provide an opinion on that aspect.

Ahh ok then i understand. So why don't just write on the dial if the watch is cosc and nothing on the dial when its not cosc ;)
Much easier haha !

They sometimes did! Guess it's down to what the designers thought worked best. I'd guess 99% of potential buyers hadn't a clue what COSC was so the 0/3 code was a way that those in the know could tell.

Since 2000, all Breitlings are COSC so there's no need for any special marks.

Here's an Aerospace with the dial appropriately marked after it changed from a non-COSC movement to one which was COSC certified.

Haha true , thats make sense.
From another question to another.
What can an coltocean cosc model be worth without box and papers ?
Is thinking of buy one.

Pricing advice is to check completed auctions on eBay for pieces that sold (green prices) or dealer asking prices on Chrono24.

They do write it but on the back case.
