Need some information. Why do I see quite a few watches on eBay with warranty cards with no date. Attached is an example.

Because the AD didn't date them when they were sold. Used to be common practice, especially in the US, to try and help the buyer in the event of a problem just outside of the warranty period - allowed the buyer to fill in a later purchase date and get warranty coverage. Becoming less common because BUSA has started to crack down on it.
