I bought a colt superocean a17040. (At least I hope I bought one) I've spent hrs researching this watch. Everything seems to check out except the crown . It doesn't have the Breitling B logo. It has what looks like a little house on it. Does that crown have any business being on a breitling or did I get beat?

Welcome aboard.
You crown is not OEM.
It can be replaced during the service.
Post a photo of a watch if you can, to be sure crown is the only issue.

Welcome to the forum! As a FYI, members will be reluctant to give input without pictures given they speak 1,000 words. If you have hi-res pics (or any pics) of both the front and back of the case, this will help.

after a little more research it appears to be a Tag Heuer crown
