Dear Members,

I hope someone can give me some advice, I have 2004 Titanium Seawolf which was overhauled by Breitling UK on the paper work it says order received 23/11/11 and a complete overhaul was carried out I was charged to my credit card on the 05/01/12

my point is the winder/crown has just come out from the watch is this covered by any kind of warranty and if so how long as today is one day short of a year since I was charged on my card.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated as I really don't want to have to pay again !!!!

Kind regards

Wally Wharton

There is a warranty of 1 year on service work so I would make every effort possible to get the wheels turning. Hate to hear about the situation

Dear Members,
I have informed Breitling UK of the situation and am awaiting instructions from them, do I take the watch to a local agent and let them ship the watch or should I ship it myself either way I am going to be worried until I hear from them that they have the watch safe with them.

Kind regards

Wally Wharton

You can do either - whichever you are more comfortable with.

You would do better to deal directly with Breitling UK yourself, they usually advise Special Delivery with the added insurance - but check with them first.

Might go without saying but I would also confirm the service request begins with the shipment date since your warranty expires tomorrow.
