Happy New Year!!! I hope everyone here had a safe holiday season!!

As cheesy as it might be I bought myself two watches for x-mas, I'm kind of an impulse buyer. I want to first say how much I appreciate this forum, I've learned a lot! I've never been into watches until I saw a billboard with a Breitling Navitimer World on it, hence my research about the brand on this forum. And the reason for my post is I'm a little nervous about my impulse buy. I'm new to the watch game and I don't know as much as some of you guys. Please give me your advice on my two new watches, I love them both but I guess I just need some advice from people who own them. Both watches were bought Brand New

Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean with deployment orange band

Thank you! Enjoy the pics...although not as nice as some of you take :)

If what you are saying is you have to sell one, then I'd nominate the Omega. The orange clashes with most clothes and the Navi compliments everything. Also the Navi bracelet is nicer than the Omega one IMHO. But that would be your call. Also, as much as I like the PO, its a boring watch next to the Navi IMO. It's easy to find uses for a chrono, for example.

No I don't have to sell one, but I appreciate your input...that's what I'm looking for. Because honestly I'm not 100% on the Omega. I know it's about $3k less than the Navi but I thought I would really love it

thank u :)

Both look great! Keep both! In reality, some here (myself included) make impulsive buys that turn out OK! Happy New Year!

Thank you guys, I got 20% off from local AD on the Omega...brought it to $37xx. It has I'm guessing the 2500 movement because I only received a 3 year warranty.

I see nothing wrong with the strategy of buying multiple watches on impulse. Not that I would ever do such a thing. ;)

2 great watches enjoy. I have the orange PO XL on rubber strap with orange stitching and mesh. I'd like to add that orange rubber you have. The Navi is a classic in all incarnation.

Love both - very different though. The pumpkin bezel would be a bit brash for me, but love the choice of Navi and esp in brown leather

Let me share in your cheese because being bored over Christmas I spent the time shopping online... but the best I got was 2 pairs of Nike and a new watch strap. Who cares who's playing Santa if it involves two new watches! Both of which are great choices I might add. The only problem you have is that I bet you are far from done! :D

Both great watches! The orange PO would be great for some beach/pool wear on rubber and some shirts/t-shirt summer wear.

The navi is of course great with anything!

Nice pair! I like the orange arabics on the PO, orange strap is a little strong for me but bezel is fine, look great on black rubber too.

The white dial Navi's are really growing on me. Congrats on the purchases!
