I watched the video for servicing on breitling website and i thought it need a special tool to open the case but watching this video i see the guy replacing the battery by himself, of coz im not planning to do this but just curious about how complicate the process is

Battery change isfairly straightforward, although without the right tools you can easily scratch the case. However, servicing a quartz watch is more than just changing the battery.
