That means that if the dial is a replacement then it's likely from the 1978 bankruptcy and was taken from the Sinn or Ollech & Wajs stock. .

Andy, according to my conversations with A.Wajs , P. Wyss , J. Zurbuchen, none of them supplied Breitling spare dials . As A. Wajs told me, he was not allowed to use the Breitling brand, so he used neutral backs, crowns, and new dials . The B dials had a cleaning and reprint .
For this reason it is virtually impossible to find some of the late Navi dials from the B factory stock . I have been really lucky to get my 806-36 all black dial dial from Wajs , he only had 2 dials escaped from reprint as they were sorted in a wrong box .
My opinion is that only aftersales dials survived to Breitling bankruptcy for all versions pursued by Sinn, Wajs and alii.

Agreed - those comments were made 4 years ago when our collective knowledge (and my personal knowledge) was considerably less.

B is just short for Breitling .

Well, I tried taking better pictures but I can't anything more in focus than the photos I previously posted. Apparently I am inept with a camera. Any of you guys live in Virginia? I'd love to let you check it out in person.

On a completely different note, does anyone know where I can find a mesh bracelet to fit my 806? I purchased a JB Champion from Squinky on Ebay a few years ago, but it didn't fit my small wrists (even after adjusting to the smallest length). I don't mind if it's aftermarket, I just want something that can be adjusted to fit a 6.5 inch wrist.

LTZ Did you try Bill Shaine on Ebay. He has custom made mesh bracelets for the 806.

Sorry Fred we posted at the same time or close. We both had the same idea.

Thanks for the help, guys. I messaged Bill Shaine to check and see if his mesh adjustable to fit a 6.5 inch wrist. The JB Champion I previously bought had a sliding clasp that would only go so far.

Just bought one from Bill. Thanks for the lead! I'll post some updated pictures once I've got it on my 806.
