For sentimental reasons, I am keen to locate a Blackbird Lancaster Bomber Limited edition- only 60 were made so I dont expect to trip over one immediately- My Great Uncle was a Pathfinder in the Lancaster during the war, he passed away over the weekend and it would be a very special momento- if anybody knows of any available- please let me know

Can't help you directly, but as the son of a Lancaster navigator who also lost his father this year my sympathies on your loss. By the way, I grew up in Eccles (Kent, not Manchester) and was christened Andrew. It's a small world.

Yeah, that's the guy who came here asking about it on the weekend. While he has listed it for GBP 400 less than he offered it to me (!), the price is still truly ludicrous. That watch has never been serviced and he is asking more than twice what it is worth.

I was going to mention this until I saw the price you spoke of...he's asking more than some people do for a second gen that just came back from a full overhaul. Nice of him to offer it to you for $650 more tho :wowzers
