Hi Guys,

Have been drooling over Breitlings for Months now, love the Superocean (older style) and have gone ahead and bought a used one from an online retailer.

The company seems to have a great online presence with positive reviews and from reading some of the posts here the name has come up a few times all positive (Parkers Sheffield)

I have bought the watch and hopefully its in transit, I do have 7 days to return it if there is a problem and was hoping one or two of you knowledable guys could run your eye over the photos to help me make sure i havent bought a lemon (Im sure thats not the proper terminology around here!!)

Its an A17360 though Im not sure the year, from the info I have gleamed from this great resource the Hands (wider and seconds hand has triangle not square) are 2007 and onwards but the strap (professional 1) is pre 2007. Not sure why that would be i suspect its 2003-2005 with later hands as I also read if it has been sent in for service they replace the hands for new?? Is there a way to age it?

Biggest concern is no Breitling history/paperwork/Box etc. I offset that as im happy with the price, its from a reputable place who offer money back and 12 months warranty and I have no plans to sell it anyway but I am really paranoid about owning anything that isnt genuine. I Will take to my local jeweller for a look and to adjust size etc but does anyone here have any thoughts on it?

Thanks, looking forward to meeting some new people round here!

Welcome aboard.
The watch is genuine, although some parts might be from different periods.
It's quite normal for this model, some are assembled that way in factory during model transition, or it went to service.
All parts are genuine.

Bought my Navi from them and had good service although they are not Breitling dealers,I found after, I could have got a better deal from AM.The actual shop is very small and they deal in all jewellry aswell so watch wise I would prefer a specialist but no doubt they will give you good service. :D

Thanks for the replies.

The watch turned up and looks immaculate, they really cleaned it up nicely and although not in a breitling box (which i knew) it was in a nice looking wooden case with the watch resting on flsh looking pillow type thing! -Nice touch Parkers-

I took it to the jewellers to adjust the size a little bit and he didnt have any concerns with it (wasnt a full authentication just a bit of a look over) so im pretty happy at this point.

Only issue now is the missus wont let me have it until Christmas day (she has nicked it off me to wrap up!)
