Nice and sporty I've liked this in pictures for a while. I know it's the code yellow but, how "in your face" is the yellow in the flesh?

The yellow is not in your face at all, it's quite subtle actually in the flesh. Photos make the yellow hands more prominent than they actually are.

Wessa....it did go to Hong Kong, either that was a lucky guess or your friends with Hong.

Thanks Don, I love that the yellow and black represent Breitling. Congrats on your Skyland as well, it's a very easy to read watch with a lot of presence....my two year old said last night 'daddy you have a big watch on' :lingsrock:

Natesen, love the numeral model as well. That's the one I originally wanted but decided on the batons.

I'd buy that one too if the price was right. The yellow hands should be a standard option on all Breitling dials.

I agree. The yellow hands look amazing in person and it's the color of breitling, not sure why they haven't used it more.

And I love that govberg one jnelson!

That may change, I have heard whispers from two sources that yellow handed dials may become more widely used and possibly displayed at Basel 13'. I want an inhouse chronomat code yellow.

Nice pick-up Sergio, I like this one.

Are my eyes deceiving me or does yours have a brushed case?

The baton version was brushed and the numeral version was polished.

Thanks, I think news of the baton version must have passed me by somehow.

And the baton version was limited to 1,000 while the numeral version was limited to 2,000. Not sure why they did that. I do like the brushed case though its less blingy than the other two skyland's I used to own.

And I thought I was bad :-)
Any casualties to make room for this one Sergio?

Yes, Navi Olympus bit the dust. Never did quite bond with it, I think it's because the navi 01's are just so perfect IMO that I couldn't appreciate it. The navi 01's are the perfect watches for me; size, looks, functions, everything is perfect about them.

Congrats Sergio!! You're going big again.

PS. I guess you'll be risking it without a backup generator. Lol.

The numeral one is actually only 1,000 as well. They had a total of 2,000 code yellows split between the numerals and the batons.

Interesting I thought the numeral version was an LE of 2,000. That makes more sense now.

It's about time you got one of these, you've been thinking about it for over two damn years. Congrats, it looks great.

God the more I look at that the more I love the yellow. It's such a good contrast without being blingy. The visibility and contrast is great and the watch will still go well with virtually any color clothes. If they did the Blackbird in this rather in red, I think the LE Blackbird would be hotter than hot.

Whoa!!!!!! It's a blast from the past! Where you been bud?? Haven't seen you around in forever.

Nick I agree that a blackbird code yellow would be hot. The Govberg code yellow LE B01 is pretty hot, I would have made two minor adjustments but still a hot piece none the less.
