Hey everyone,
I've had my Breitling SkyRacer Raven (Automatic) for about 2 1/2 years now. A year and a half ago I had it sent into Breitling for Warranty work because the date wheel was off. It ran too far forward, so for example when the date was the 12th, you'd see the 2 and then a space and the 1 for the next day (the 13th) through the picture window.

Breitling fixed it, no problem, but now I'm having that same issue again. It's been over a year since they repaired it and now I'm over my 2 year warranty window. Does anyone have any information about this? I am in the military and moved so I no longer have the services of my original jeweler to help me out.

I can't even seem to contact Breitling, does anyone have information for that? Like an E-Mail or address?

Thanks for the help,
Ryan

There are contact details here - http://www.breitlingsource.com/contact.shtml

The usual cause of these issues is hte use of the quick set date between 8pm and 3am, did Breitling provide an explanation of what caused it last time?

Unfortunately they did not provide an explanation.

First time this happened I had the watch for about 6 months, not on a winder. I doubt that I ever changed the date between 8 and 3 but I'm not 100% positive.

Second time this happened (current), I have the watch on a winder when I'm not wearing it. The only time I change the date is when there's 30 days in a month. And I'm 100% positive I've never done this between 8 and 3.

Under the contact information there's only a Switzerland phone number. I'm trying to seek alternate ways to contacting them without paying overseas rates and being on hold for who knows how long...

Well I don`t know where you are, but the page that I linked you to has a toll free number for the US and regular numbers for Canada and UK.
