It's real. You're right to be careful as there is a very good copy of this model. But this one passes the checks (Correct date width and tick mark length at the cardinals)

I own 2. Real as it gets, and IMO one of the defining watches of Breitling and perhaps the lowest profile chronograph you will ever see.
