I am new to the forum and hope someone can help me out!

I recently purchased a Montbrillant and noticed that after a month that it was running slow. I reset the time and began keeping track of it. In about a 4 day period I lost about a minute. The seven days before that I lost about five minutes. I also noticed the date was getting hung up between the 30th and the 31st. I took it back to the jewler and he said that to send it to Breitling would take six weeks. He recommend that one of his certified repair people could look at it and have it back in just a few weeks.

I am kind of disapointed .... I really like the watch a lot but am worried that once the case is opened a bunch of unforseen issues in the future can surface. I am also not familar with Breitling's customer service. Any insight anyone could offer would be much appreciated......

Thanks

Breitlings customer service is one of the best, if not THE best in the industry. Let them take care of it. It will come back better than new. Opening the case is no big deal.

Watch this video and you will feel better, I promise. You can click the "language" tab on the top right of the video.

Thatcher,

Welcome to the Breitling Funhouse. If you bought your watch
from an AD, then it's still under warranty. Don't think twice about
it; send it straight to Breitling Service and they'll get it back to you
like new.

Unfortunately, these things happen. Don't let this one problem
ruin the Breitling experience for you.

Steve

I totally agree with the other guys comments. Breitling Customer Service is nothing short of amazing (certainly in the UK anyway). The phone is always answered incredibly quickly, and the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable.

Just recently I had my Le Mans serviced and it came back as good as new. You honestly have no worries at all sending your watch back to Breitling. They are the best!
