Well, sort of. I'm spending the weekend in Philadelphia and managed to spend the afternoon at Govberg before heading over to the Barnes museum. If anyone is an art fan, that museum is a must if you're ever in the area. I didn't get to spend as much time trying on everything I wanted, but here are the pics I did get. The new arrival isn't pictured and will be unveiled later this week once at shipped.

First up was some of their preowned watches.

A boutique only omega that has a really cool dial. This was just traded in. The dial looks amazing in person.

More of the preowned collection

A preowned vintage Aquatimer that I was really impressed with.

Then on the way out, I stopped and checked out a couple of APs and the Vacheron case.

The new 41mm royal oak auto.

Image

The forged carbon offshore. I was surprised at just how light this watch is.

And a very comfortable VC overseas chrono.

It was a great day and I'm looking forward to the new arrival. Anyone care to guess what it will be?

If it is one of those pictured I would guess the Speedy or the Aquatimer.

I wouldn't call myself a PP fan-boy but, that 5205 sure looks nice.

The Omega was very tempting but my new arrival was picked out prior to seeing that and as much as I liked it, I'm very happy with my choice.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and call AP Carbon.

Probably one of the few APs that I like.

I could only wish for an AP Carbon. They watch I picked up retails for under $10K and has an in house chrono. I should be getting it on Tuesday.

Hmmm, at that price point I'm guessing either a Breitling, a Zenith or an Omega.

I'm going to guess a Zenith pilot big date LE

It'll be a long 2 day wait for my very limited edition chrono. The Top Gun Miramar was a big surprise for me as well. I was expecting to hate the watch based on pictures, but I thought it looked good on the wrist. I wasn't a huge fan of the strap they have it on, but I can see how it works. If I was buying one of those IWCs, it would have to be the vintage Aquatimer.
