Just felt I had to mention a super bit of Customer Service from Geoff (FEAR) at Provident. He had a strap I wanted.

I'm in the UK. Geoff doesn't ship overseas, but was entirely accommodating in letting me use a US buddy (thanks Paul) as a postal address. I'd also queried the type of buckle I wanted on the strap - it didn't have one at the time - and George ensured I got the correct type, which he duly fitted for me. The strap was delivered to my US buddy within a week, and is now on its way to me in the UK. And all sorted via clear and friendly e-mail communication, and PayPal made payment a breeze.

It's personal attention to detail like this that sort the quality AD's from the rest.
