Red Arrows three new recruits popped into the shop yesterday.

Sadly we did not have room for our own personal display but it was still nice to welcome the three new Red Arrows display pilots into Andrew Michaels Jewellers.

I know that a lot of you are into your aviation and, as a result, are also into you Breitling watches. Or maybe, it is vice versa. So, I thought I'd post this here.

I am not so much into aviation but I still appreciate the Red Arrows both for their displays and professionalism.

I am very fortunate to live just 8 miles from RAF Scampton where the Red Arrows are based so I often get to see them practicing on clear days.

The three new recruits, with Andrew, are Fl Lt Steve Morris, Red Five (back of picture), Fl Lt Mark Lawson, Red Three (sat on arm of chair) and Fl Lt Olly Parr (seated), Red Two. They came in to the shop to have their new Limited Edition Breitling Aerospaces sized and set up.

Look out for these gentlemen and their colleagues at an Air Show near you next year.

It's always good to meet those guys Rick. I met the whole team a few years back at a Breitling event at my local AD. They were all really nice down to earth guys, except the then Squadron Leader, who somewhat rated himself a little too much! The rest of the boys were seriously decent guys though and I came away feeling I really should've paid more attention during career advice sessions at school! "Flying" a laptop and a few Excel spreadsheets for a living doesn't have quite the kudos as being a Red Arrows pilot!
