I have always wanted a breitling and the other day i finally took one home.A black dial SA with pro diver strap, pro II bracelet on order get it next week. Walked into the AD saw the SA tried it on and wow. It was an impulse buy and I don't regret it a bit it feels good and looks even better.I just love its mass on my wrist. The only thing wrong with it that this wont be my last breitling explain that one to the wife lol. I'm happy to be part of this family and hope to learn and share our experiences. I will post pics as soon as I get the chance. Nick :D

Welcome to your addiction!

We can all relate to explaining to wives and g/fs - it's just one of those things you get used to - it gets easier after 3 or 4.

:yeahthat

Agree 110% - just got my 4th (maybe a keeper - maybe not) and my wife had begun to understand - she knew when I showed her and saw it was different to the others that I wanted to keep it - although it was bought for someone else/to sell.

So - good that you understand already and :welcome: to the forums - really good place to while away a few hours a day!

Thats what makes breitlings so great. There are so many great flavors to choose from. With some of the "other" brands, you get a choice of like 5 identical looking models.

Nick,

It's good to have some fresh blood in the Breitling loony bin. And
what a way to get your collection started -- the Super Avenger, a
watch that can make Supermen out of all of us Clark Kents :)

Enjoy your SA -- and remember, it's never to early to start thinking
about what piece is going to come next -- you know it's going to happen... :D

Steve

 That's an excellent statement, Steve! Made me chuckle!

Maybe Breitling should use that as an advertising line to go alongside the ones with pics to Jonny T standing next to his plane looking moody with his Navi on show!
