Wow, a week is very quick. Mine usually take a few weeks to be sent out... but I'm not complaining, at least we get stuff

So I contacted Breitling in Hong Kong (also responsible for China) and they don't give out any merchandise as far as I can make out.
Apparently its only Breitling USA that really doles out the goods, in other regions you just have to be lucky to get anything, or in Asia you probably get nothing at all.
If anyone wants to get rid of their jacket, cuff links or other goods, you know who you can send it to ;)

Sure I'll do it. I'll require an Arm, a Leg and your first born

btw, you can't link straight from your D drive. You'll need to upload the banner image you are trying to use to a web server or album like photobucket which is free ;)

What happens if your AD didn't bother to send in the registration? Does it void the warranty in any way, shape or form?

No. If you have the receipt, you have your proof. If you tossed it away, your AD has the record. You can email BUSA with the model and serial number and they will let you know if it is in their system as being sold to you. Assuming you are in the US.

Automatic swag is a creation of BUSA. BUK does not do swag with each purchase. As I recall, you need to contact the AD and hope.

When i got my SuperOcean as a wedding gift, i got a hat in the mail when the AD registered my new watch about 2 weeks after pickup.

I really wanted a Breitling pen badly, so my wife made a call to the AD, which in turn called BUSA, and a month later my wife gave me a Breitling pen she had recieved from the AD at no cost. That AD provided great customer service and went above and beyond to make the experience for me and my wife a very positive one. Being in the USA has its perks. :usa: Just wanted to share a positive AD story that had to do with Breitling swag, we were first time customers, now lifetime customers.

I contacted BUK and was advised that they do not have a registration system unless you have an emergency watch - hope that helps someone :)
