Yup I set it to the second on multiple occasions and after one day it's always 8-10 seconds fast!

It's fairly new as I recall so may still be settling. If you lay it on its back at night try setting it on its side crown up and see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't improve then it will need a regulation.

Honestly had no idea that they settle. I always keep it upright actually, never laid it on the side before. Will try that. Also some days I don't wear it and it's depending on the reserve so maybe that also? Thanks.

A watch with a low power reserve will tend to run faster, but generally only when it is very low.

That's within COSC specs (-4 to +6 seconds per day) so no problem.

Sounds like it's running well to me. Personally I would rather a watch ran slightly fast than slightly slow, but as Roff said it's within COSC specs to all is fine.

Yes, I personally would like ran slightly fast too but we'll see how's it go I feel like everyday it delays 3 seconds and no gaining but I guess I'll have to see

I've noticed that the amount of time gained by my B01 is dependent a lot on the temperature and how my watch is laid down at night. Basically ran logs for different situations. On the winder in a room where the A/C vent blows towards the winder it gains 6.75 sec/day. Make sense, it's cold and metal is more brittle, therefore more stiffness out of springs? Wearing the watch and setting it down (face down) at night only it gains 5.5 sec/day. Warmer body, face down (don't know why), crown up it gains 6 sec/day.

Still, 350 individual pieces. Put together to beat 86,400 sec/day and it only misses by 5 or 6 beats!

Both of my B01-equipped pieces took several months to settle . . . no, that's not a typo. They were always within COSC specs, but the variation was erratic. After a few months, they were consistently gaining a similar amount each day.

So I have had the watch about 2 months now. Just started laying it on the side both crown and back. Does the +6/-3 COSC spec mean that it will gain 6 seconds a day so after two days thats 12 and so on? I guess I never understood how the spec works.

It's -4 to +6 and yes, it means that the watch may lose up to 4 seconds per day or gain up to 6 seconds per day.

So mine going from being right on the dot to about +5 and then climbing to about +20 and staying there seems like its off? I think ill just set it with 20 seconds behind and then after a few days it will be right on time then lol. Whatever its all good
