You say you have seen but have you picked up and worn the ling mesh? The ling mesh is fine and polished so its very dressy quite unlike the omega ploprof or traditional shark mesh. Check it out in the flesh. If you already have the cool, each to their own. I like the toc as is, if more people dont buy it then that suits me just fine as it makes my watch more unique in the field.

Certainly an improvement over the mesh. There's nothing wrong with the Breitling mesh bracelet -- it's fine, as mesh bracelets go -- but like many others here, I really dislike mesh. Ironically, the first two watches I bought both had mesh as the only bracelet option.

I had the mesh on a SOHC LE, what an ugly bracelet! I hated it in photos and hated it even more in person. I sold it almost immediately.

Just arrived. The chronomat bracelet is a perfect solution, the end links line up perfectly with the slope of the lugs, it actually looks like the bracelet was designed for the TO. But the bad news is the freakin watch head appears to be massive!! It wears significantly significantly significantly larger than my white navi. The dial is a beautiful color and it's very clean. I bet if the lugs were 21 or 20 it would appear to wear smaller. Not sure if it's a keeper or not, this makes me appreciate my navi 01's even more.

looks cool serge. congrats on the pick up. my only gripe is the gap between the lugs and the bracelet (like driver mentioned).

if you do get rid of this one, will you set a record for fastest watch bought and sold?

No, I don't think I'll ever break my 30 minute record of selling my IWC Galapagos.

This one isn't a keeper. Not because of the bracelet, the bracelet fits perfectly on it and there is no gap between the bracelet and lugs/case, it's exactly the same as on the chronomat. It has to go because the dial wears larger than the navi world, wears like a 49mm. I hate it.

To the FS boards it goes.

I was surprised by how long the lugs were when I saw it in person. It is a sharp look with the chronomat, just has to be on the right wrist.

That's such a shame, really beautiful watch. Never would have thought a dress watch would wear that big.

Hmm, interesting. I also tend to favor the mesh over the Pilot. To me the mesh gives it a more delicate, more formal look that goes perfect with a suit and tie outfit, I actually like it, maybe thats because mine is the black dial version. For a bit less formal look I just put mine on a black calf and it also goes super together.
The Pilot from the pictures at least I'm not too sure about. I would have to see it in real life.
I'm also interested to see what other option Breitling is going to offer if there is any truth in the rumors.

Looks pretty good on that bracelet, but I still think with the way the case curves inbetween the lugs it could do with a bracelet with shaped end-links. As a result I still think it looks the best on a strap.

Looks totally out of balance to me. Not seen it on the mesh more judging it on it's own merit (lack of).

I agree that the Omega mesh is still the best I have seen.

Interesting that breitling are reduced to making a Speedmaster Pro clone.

What an amazing thread to read. From start to finish you ask a question, buy a watch, and then sell the same watch in a short time span. Only Sergio

For what it's worth, I love the TO, it looks awesome on the pilot (not a fan of the mesh - and I've tried it), and maybe it was a little big. Good luck selling it.
