I wear my Fish at sea. Just rince it thoroughly at the end of the day. The OR has proven really versatile.

When your watch is water resistant to 2000m why wouldn't you wear it to the beach? The shower? No, that's a bit icky somehow.

Nice pic :)

I was thinking about this as I don't wear my watches in the shower and have only dived with a Seiko previously. I wouldn't wear my SOHC to dive but my SOH sure, I think. Anyone have issues with sand in the bezel after the ocean? This worries me as I'm 95% in Maui and shore breaks.

Yes, although the accumulation is not bad at all...I've already taken the bezel of my SF off but only after digging my hand (with the watch) into sand. You can get most of the gunk with a toothbrush but never all of it. With that said, it's the first dive watch I've owned with a bezel that is so easy to remove and so until now, I just lived with the sand...my SF lets me be pickier. After reading from members here, I started using a dab of Blue Loctite (medium) on each bezel screw and each screw on the band.

I wear my Super Ocean 42 all the time, bed, shower, pool and beach included. It's shiny but it's a tank.

My Breitling does not make it to the beach (Navi - zero water resistance - I have an Omega Seamaster for that) but it makes it pretty much everywhere else (barring exercise, bush bashing etc). I don't shower or sleep in any watch either.

Depends on the hazards to be expected. As stated in another thread, I really baby my Navi. The same goes for some others. And then there are the daylies, which is mainly to say my GMT II C and Sif Nart these days. I'm looking for a Navi I'll be less paranoid with though, in order to have that as a daily.
