If they are brand new as you describe it might be worth explaining why they have wear marks on them.

I've approximately purchased them 6 to 7 months ago with the clasp installed and for all that time they were installed on the clasp. So the bending mark that you see is due to the clasp. But as you can see from the inside of the straps they were never used. (The clasps not included).
