Well it's real. It's a Chrono Jetstream from the late 90's / early 2000's. It's got a mechquartz movement inside which is kind of a hybrid automatic/quartz movement - you don't see many of them around these days. The thing is it's quite a small gents watch by current standards at 36.6mm so appeal will be limited, but if you like it and it fits you, and it's in good and working condition (can't really tell from the blurry pics), then £500 doesn't sound bad to me.

Thanks for that. I prefer a larger watch. Didn't realise it was quite so small.

Can't really add more to what D8 has already said.

Thanks for the help guys. I'm going to take a look at the watch in 30mins. Anything I should look out for?

Damage? Worn strap? etc

How much would a new strap cost if it was overly worn?

Took a look tonight and it was a bit worn and very very small.

Is it worth more than £500?

You've already been told that GBP500 and GBP475 seem about right.

KK you're asking for more reassurance which suggests that you have doubts and should therefore simply pass on this one.

Yeah, I did. It was tiny! And probably not the bargain I thought it was. The only positive thing that has come from it is, I'm now looking seriously for a Breitling I want.
