The watch is in 18ct Rose Gold, with a Twin retrograde movement add into that, that this is 1 of only 40 Ltd Ed pieces worldwide with materials from the oldest serving warship in the world and the most famous it then makes it a very collectible unique timepiece with a piece of British history preserved within it.

Well yes, but it's also a GBP20,000 non manufacture watch

Yes that was my point : it's an ETA 7750 with a twin retrograde module on top. Nice enough looking watch, but £20K is a lot IMO.

I do like the Victory connection (especially as I've been round the Victory numerous times as a kid and adult), and just as an aside, there are some very nice pens out there made from HMS Victory oak and copper removed as part of the last major refit.

I think that Ariel was speculating based on appearance, and the 8310 is a new movement so not much familiarity with it. Bremont call it BE-83AR but it's a bog standard 8310 with just the rotor changed out. Pretty much identical size to the 7750, but slightly longer power reserve (46 hours) and, in this version, much higher jewel count at 39.
