I've always wanted to have a look at one of these in person and was lucky enough to be in the right place to purchase this one. 1969 Ref 814, Venus 178. Need to send it out for a new crystal and order a correct 21mm size strap but otherwise not too bad. :cheer:

Fred, is that a Breitling bracelet you have on yours? I'd like to find a bracelet, maybe a nice vintage NSA will work, but they're tough to find in 21mm.

Mostly he has 20mm in the style I like. 20mm would probably work but I'd really like that extra 1mm gap full of something besides air. I will check with him though but the 22mm end links that he would need to cut down to 21mm are almost impossible to find.

Yes, Paul, mine came on the OEM bracelet purchased with - bought it from the original owner.

Btw., talking about bracelets, did acquire a bunch of bracelets recently, with one among them I thought (and wrote in some threads) did not exist - a Pupitre/Pult bracelet, will post pics of these when I am back from Sicily early August.

Paul, a side note, did you receive the dial from Barcelona ?
