TT Crosswind or TT Submariner?

I never really considered a rolex but for some reason, I have a tt sub stuck in my head the past few days. I think I'd pick one up but don't know if I can justify the price difference over what I could get for my xwind.

I'd keep the TT Crosswind. It's a classic and a beauty at that.

That TT crosswind is super nice. But if you're gonna go with a TT Sub, I would go with pre-ceramic as Boogie asked. That blue dial on the ceramic doesn't do much for me.

Something about that blue...

I know I replied already, but I want to say again what a beautiful watch you have. I love your photo also. I can't stop looking at it.

I was looking at non-ceramic ones. I tried one on again today. Unless I found a killer deal on a preowned one, I'll probably stick with what I have.

A very wise decision IMO. Having owned a pre-ceramic Sub myself, I can safely say I never regretted selling it. The Crosswind's a beauty and a far from "obvious" choice..... unlike the Sub.

Keep the Crosswind. Breitling just doesn't make them like that any more. I can't help but think you'll ultimately regret it if you end up selling it.

My friend had his tt sub on this weekend. I couldn't stop thinking about it again. I could see myself wearing the sub more often, as the sub seems a bit more casual/sporty whereas the tt xwind feels more dressy.

The Sub's plenty dressy, if you believe Rolex's marketing department.

The TT Sub must be 10 to 1 to the CW in two tone.

Your Crosswind is a classic Breitling and in your combi the best of the best IMO!

Don't forget to pop in on a Croco to mix it up a bit!

Nothing wrong with the Sub but really keep the CW and what you may be offerer for Cw in a trade, well you know how that goes!

I'm a big Rolex fan in general and would typically vote in favor of a Rolex over a Breitling, but the TTs have just never done it for me personally, they feel more ostentatious than elegant, if that makes any sense.

If you want a Sub for all occasions, I'd recommend SS over TT. Otherwise I vote for keeping the Crosswind. It's truly a beautiful watch.
