Does anyone here have a factory Breitling diamond bezel on their Crosswind, and if so, do you like it? I am contemplating adding the factory iced bezel to make my watch change from this...

What do you think?...cool or barf?

Btw, I like to wear the watch to work (financial industry), so adding the iced bezel may be over the top, but sorta kinda am tempted to try it out anyway. Lol.

I work in financial services as well, and it would never fly at my firm. Just make sure before you do it. You can always wear it on the weekends....

Yeah, I think you're right...had a meeting today with a client and it would've made me feel very self conscious if I had an iced bezel on my watch. The client had a nice Super Avenger on though! What do you think of the look though? Cheesy?

Let me ask you this: what's the point? And I don't mean that in a sarcastic way. What is your motivation in considering this?

And I didn't mean to be curt in my earlier response. I just don't think a man's watch should have diamonds. And for what it's worth, whenever I see a diamond bezel, I always assume the watch is a fake POS.

I should also add - I really like the look of that watch as is. Sharp, classy and very wearable.

No prob. I think most men's watches with diamonds on them look cheesy, but I grew up seeing my dad wearing a white gold Rolex President with a silver dial with diamonds only as the hour markers and I thought it looked pretty nice actually. While I think most diamond encrusted watches look gross, I think the factory Breitling diamond bezel looks ok, and am intrigued by the idea of trying it out.

My conservative and practical side, however, tells me that it would be a bad move. Was just curious what others think of the look. Hope that answers your questions.

The diamond bezel actually doesnt look bad. To me, it works with the dial layout. Honestly it still looks tasteful with the diamonds. Just don't add any more. Coming from me, this is a lot. I normally HATE diamonds on a watch.

A Rolex Presidential with diamond hour markers is classy and I have no issue with that - especially on the right guy's wrist. Again though, that's a long way from a Breitling with an iced out bezel. Maybe more importantly, the watch looks great as is. I wouldn't change it, and based on your comments, I have a feeling that if you did, it would take you all of a week before you started regretting it.
