How about an 8Day! The JLC Master 8 Day Perpetual. I sold a bunch of sporty pieces to acquire a true dress watch with a full perpetual calendar. I went back and forth between Rose Gold or Stainless but ended up with Stainless as it suits my style a little more.

Now that's a grail watch! Huge congrats Sergio. I hope you enjoy it. (And IMO, you made the right call with SS.).

Oh, don't forget that in 2100 you'll have to adjust the calendar.

The 11 oclock register is the power reserve and the 1 oclock register is the day/night indicator with a window in the center which turns red during the 'danger zone' in which the complications should not be changed.

Thanks David. In 2100 the watch will need to be sent in to JLC to have a '21' dial installed....I'll be long gone by then and judging by my history with watches I am sure this one will be also :D

I remember the new 7-day, but still wondered what you would get to replace the watches you sold in succession. That new Spitfire and new Omega chrono (the blue PO XL too?) were really nice pieces, but wow. Tremendous, and the power reserve and "danger zone" indicator just top it off. Congrats.

Thanks. The liquidmetal LE went also. Still have some spare cash from all the sales that will be put towards my first rose gold watch next. Expected 4th quarter.

That's a great piece, the skeleton version of their perpetual has been a grail for me for a while.

Does 8 days refer to the amount of time before you put it up for sale? :poke:

:uplaugh: :uplaugh: hopefully a lil longer than 8 days. The skeleton version is unbelievable, one of the finest skeleton watches ever. That's some serious coin though.

Thanks John. Glad to have a JLC again. This is my first JLC dress watch and it's really sharp in person.
