I'd say that it looks OK except that I'd like to see the hand on the left subdial. It's not a speed it's an old 6.75 so the lume on the subdial hands look OK.

If it is a fake then it sure is a really good one.

EDIT: Not sure about the red date on the black dial though.

All that you need to see on the 6.75 is the date window, the box in the fake is wider extending over the B and G of Breitling.
