Thanks guys! I'm going to take it to get cleaned should it only be done at a breitling certified dealer or can any jewler/watch repair take care of it. Any idea on a fair price for that as well? I'm new so I have to breitlings as you all know so I'm ignorant to repair and upkeep costs as well.

If you just want the outside cleaned then anyone can do it - heck you can do it yourself, but servicing should only be done by Breitling. Quartz servicing on a non chrono will be about $300 - $350 and will need doing once every 5 - 7 years.
