Hi there just had to send my chronospace back to breitling as its not in sync with digital display, think if i could of got the caseback off and pulled battery it would of reset it, but as its only 5 months old thought that i would be better off letting BUK fixi the issue, im just wondering how long it takes them to deal with issues and return the watch back to me.
many thanks in advance for any help.

If it's under warranty (which I guess it is if it's only 5 months old ad bought from an AD?) then it will get priority over non-warranty jobs. If memory serves, I think the turnaround is 3 or 4 weeks, as opposed to 12(ish) weeks for non-warranty stuff.

Are you serious? Wow! I seem to recall when I had my Navi serviced at BUSA, it took them only 2 weeks.

BUSA service windows are a lot longer than 2 weeks currently.

It definitely is longer than 2 weeks, I sent mine in a little more than 3 weeks ago for a warranty issue and I'm still waiting on mine.......

Dont quote me on this, but IIRC, the aerospace had a way to adjust the display to sync with the hands.

i looked in the operators manual and it says if the hands are out of sync the battery should be changed, just hope it comes back sooner rather than later.
