So how about the new IWC Top Gun Chronograph? Ceramic and ti (OK, not quite the same colour but dark(ish)), in-house movement with complication, mid to upper 40's in size, AND a redesign of a discontinued model? :D (And I know you like that model!)

Driver got it, nicely done! After a short stint with the Top Gun Dopple I realized that 46mm ISN'T too big afterall and I loved the look of the watch. Then I saw the new version without the Top Gun logo on the side, the cleaner dial, and inhouse movement...I had to have it. Ordered it from an AD overseas and I should have it this week.

Added complication is the flyback.
Rare case material, ceramic and titanium.
Updated version of the discontinued Top Gun 3799 and 3789.

Woo hoo, I finally get one right!

Seriously nice piece - I'm very jealous of that one! I loved the old one, but the price was way too much for an ETA IMO, but the in-house takes the new one to another level. Very nice indeed Sergio.

Thanks  I agree that the discontinued models were a bit pricey but still really really nice. What's interesting, IWC released a new version of the Dopple (non ceramic) and it's priced significantly higher than the Spitfire Inhouse. I don't understand why the Dopple movement is so expensive??

I thought about that one but didn't realise it was an in-house movement!

Nice watch, Sergio.

Haha already booked Bieber for the bday party. Was considering LMAFO to perform 'I'm Elmo and I know it' but they were booked.

Many Congrats Sergio,

I deliberated over your teaser for some time. I did think about the new IWC Pilots watches in ceramic with in-house movements but thought they were not discontinued. I forgot about the new Top Gun models.

I really like what IWC have done to their entire pilot's range this year. They weren't parrticulalry stale but other manufacturers were overtaking in this category. Apart from the new Zenith pilots range I think IWC are now on top of the pile again.

Can't wait to see your own pictures of this fantastic 'piece.

IT'S IN!!!!!!!!!!!!! DHL JUST ARRIVED. I should have kept the driver at my house so he could take it back with him. This watch is no where near as nice as the Dopple. Now I really regret selling the TG Dopple. Damn it!
