Ok,
So i was browsing on the Bay (dangerous thing to do) and i came across this little fellow (photographed with my BB for scale).

From looking at it, I'm pretty sure it's genuine (apart from a replacement crown). It's only 17mm across and I think it comes from one of these...

So i bought it... for $29 (AU). As you can imagine it was something of an impulse buy. Now i have to figure out what to do with my tiny B. Any thoughts?? Wild, out there suggestions??!! Can we have a little fun with my mini- me B?

Nice, put it on a gold/black/leather chain or a ring, offcourse without destroying the watch! Any chances that you can source that fluted enclosure for it? Else just custom make one. What movement does it use?

or custom design it by putting a glass display caseback to use it as a fashion accessory (on a chain, ring, etc.) displaying the movement, and be able to flip it to see the time so that you get to use the watch once in a while too!

I think that's the watch from the set that came with about 12 or so different bezels and four or five straps - Paul (vintage) had a set a couple of years ago.

Haven't you got several children that would fit? :poke:

Hey, I have dogs for a reason

Put it on a nice strap (with a tamper proof clasp I guess  ) and they can share Daddy's hobby.

OK, so not all of my ideas are good ones...........

There is an item on fleebay UK that you may be interested in regarding the smaller movement.

Do a search on "boxed set of breitling" to find it.

great lead, this is perfect for it, Greg !
that would make your "impulse buy" a rare collectors piece (though you probably would still note wear it, I'm afraid)
