Sweet, I gotta show this to my wife. Between my budding watch fetish, bicycle obsession and maniacal home brewery I look totally tame next to all of you. Roff, I am with you I hardly ever get rid of crap....er good stuff.

46Crew - Blackbird three times??? Really, why not just keep one? One of the classics a keeper in my book for sure. I'd probably keep both an original and big date if I were to land them.

Why didn't I keep it? BECAUSE I AM SICK! It seems I'd get it, fall out of love, miss it, get something else, another ones comes along, yad-yada-yada. And NO thanks to all you enablers! :poke:

I'm not proud of this sickness, I've tried to kick the habit but everytime I sell off a few pieces and I think I am done, another piece comes along. I just moved a big piece with the intention of banking the cash and I am already plotting my new buy. It's crazyness.

Hey, if you can pull it off financially, then enjoy. If I could, I would have kept every one of them. But my budget dictates. Sweet collections guys. :D

Any of you big flippers keep track of money made (yea right) or lost? How about a ball park figure average per watch or year?

mfserge, that recent PO 8500 ti beauty what was the rental cost on that if you don't mind me asking? If you do mind I totally understand. Hopefully you did not come out too bad on that one as I'd guess it is a hot ticket.

Yea I have a list of +/- and if I posted the results you wouldn't believe it so I won't bother. As for the PO Ti, my rental cost on that was +$600...and if the original idiot seller gives me my $300 back that he owes me for screwing me out of the strap and deploy then I will be +$900 on that one.

I got burned hard twice on two impulsive buys, the AP ROO and Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, both of which have HORRIBLE resale values! Aside from that I have been very fortunate 8)

Hey Serge you didn't like the BP FF? I would've thought that would've been a keeper.

I love the FF but I made a mistake and bought the Dark Knight. I could not get used to the all black when looking at the side profile, it was just way too dark. If they would have used the standard FF bezel then I would have loved it, I even asked BP to change it for me and they refused. The SS FF on bracelet could be a future purchase because the FF is a beautiful watch especially if you like divers.

Serge, good for you well done! I would not have thought that possible with such a new item. I'd have guessed you lost money but not much.
